Organic liver 3 times a week for b vitamins. 5. 1 cup lentils or beans daily for folate and molybdenum. 6. 1 tbs coconut oil daily for med. Chain fatty acids and it kills candita in the large intestine. 7. Fermented cod liver oil daily for vitamin a, d, k, and efa's. 8. 1 tbs sauerkraut daily. She recomends bubbies brand. For probiotics. 9. 1 brazil nut daily for selenium. 10. Pinch of epsom salt in one glass of water sipped throughout the day fr mag. Sulfate 11. Pinch of celtic or himalayan salt in each glass of water or cup of bone broth micro minerals 12. 1 tsp fresh lemon juice in each glass of water to bring the ph to the correct level. 13. 1 tbs raw local honey at bedtime helps bifidum bacteria grow in the gut. 14. 1 egg per day BONUS: 2 cups epsom salt in tub. Soak for 30 minutes.
