Re: What are you eating in August?
My DD's youth leader eats with us every week and it's her birthday today so she asked for Spicy California Shrimp Stacks.

Re: What are you eating in August?
I roasted a couple of chickens, made a salad with tomatoes and queso fresco, and curried zucchini soup.

Re: What are you eating in August?
I had a taco salad for lunch. Basically just greens, taco seasoned meat, guacamole, mango pineapple salsa, and ranch dressing. Dh also bought some Krispy Kreme chocolate donut holes from Sam's Club last night, so I ate a few of those, too. And drank a kombucha.

Re: What are you eating in August?
Tonight we will have tacos ( I will have a taco salid) as always I make the ' meat' with half grass fed found beef and half lentels. My family won't out beans of any sort on tacos but this arrangement is fine. Which I find really really odd but what ever works.
