if you have a strong blender, i have had luck just using sesame seeds it may not become as smooth and oily and what you buy at the store, but for most recipes it does not make a difference

this is old so i dont know if ill get a reply.. but what if you left out the yeast.. we are not supposed to use yeast on the diet we are on.. ( SCD)

I have heard that nutr. yeast isn't like regular yeast, but I don't know how true that is. The yeast is what really gives it the cheese flavor though.
