DF protein powder recommendation?
Looking for something we can add to spinach/fruit/water smoothies, so nothing with a strong taste or texture. Needs to be dairy free and reasonably priced. Just looking to add protein to fill us up more, not for body building, meal replacement, or anything else extreme.

Re: DF protein powder recommendation?
I use Pb fit. It’s a fairly whole food protein powder since it’s just peanuts with most of the fat removed. I don’t know if the taste is too strong for you- I like the taste.

Re: DF protein powder recommendation?
I think I have that in the cabinet. Never thought of putting it in our smoothies. Doesn't it give them a peanut taste?

Re: DF protein powder recommendation?
I like pea protein powder but it can be gritty.
I mostly use grass-fed collagen peptides. I buy Zen Principle from Amazon. The Naked brand is also good. They have a wide variety of protein powders with minimal ingredients/processing. Chia seeds aren't a protein powder but they have omega 3 and fiber and can make a smoothie much more filling. They are not noticeable after being blended. |

Re: DF protein powder recommendation?
That's how I found out, an email from Amazon. Maybe it got buried in your inbox. I bought Zint back in 20013, according to my order history. It's long been consumed, obviously!

I just realized that it’s on subscribe and save, on dh’s account. I have an unopened bag that we just got recently. Will have to look into it.
(Sorry OP, didn’t mean to hijack your thread)
