DH doesn't like that at all...but oh well. I didn't make them for him. The girls each ate two, so did Little Man.

FYI, ground flax seeds (flax flour) can make a great egg substitute.

Just combine 1 T. flax flour w/3 T. warm water per egg. Let stand for a couple minutes (to allow the combination to gelatinize like an egg) before adding to your recipe. I've used this in snickerdoodles b/c I didn't realize I was out of eggs, and even took the cookies to a homeschool group meeting. NO ONE COULD TELL that I hadn't used eggs, and I even had a couple recipe requests.

And TrinMama...this has me morbidly curious.

I need to get some cocoa & choc chips, but I'm going to HAVE to try these.
