How to get crystallized pee off the toilet

Is there a trick to it? I have a toilet that doesn't flush well and a kid with strooong pee. I'd rather blow up my bathroom than scrub it any more, and it only got about a fourth of it off.

I recently used a bleach soak to clean our little potty chairs, which didn't smell but looked AWFUL. Worked better than I had hoped! Not sure how you may be able to do something similar for the nasty areas you're working on, but thought I'd throw it out there

This is not a natural thing, but it gets off everything I have ever tried. Go to a dollar store and buy this yellow cleaner called Awesome. I have had it take the paint off the wall before, so be careful. It should remove the crystalized urine without breaking sweat. I would also try a magic eraser if that did not work.

Another dollar store find, but CLR (oxalic acid) will dissolve it. Add to toilet and let sit for 5 minutes.
