I just threw (almost quite literally ) chicken breast, red skinned potatoes, and carrots in the IP. And then broccoli and asparagus in the oven to roast. Delicious dinner to come.

It's Fishy Friday. We'll probably do salmon burgers for the normal eaters, fish sticks for the picky kids.
I need sides, though. I could roast some butternut squash - we have enough of them. I wish I had some Brussels sprouts! Can I roast frozen (as opposed to fresh) broccoli, or will it turn to mush?

I've roasted frozen broccoli multiple times and it's been succesful.

Left over soup

Thanks, I'll have to try it. I've done other veggies from frozen, but I almost always have fresh broccoli, so I've never tried it. We ended up having roasted butternut squash with onions and garlic and frozen peas.

Today was a super busy day so I ended up making 5 different dinners for 5 different peeps at different times. Crazy.
1. grilled turkey and cheese 2. cheese quesadilla and grapes 3. kale with chicken garlic and onion 4. oven roasted chicken breast with steamed broccoli and cauliflower 5. cheese and turkey omelate with grapes
