Dairy-free shortbread crust 2 boxes dairy free Vanilla pudding mix 1 can pumpkin pumpkin pie spice to taste soy milk - about 1.5-2 cups Mix everything and our into crust, chill, and eat |

yes, I used the instant pudding - and the Jello brand instant Vanilla is supposed to be dairy free Jaden hasn't had any problems with it, so I'm assuming it's ok
