My sis is pregnant and only has a Sam's. No Costco. Subbing for when I'm shopping for her in July!

We like a certain brand of frozen veggies for steaming from there because they are non gmo and not certified organic but they say they are committed to alternative insect control and they are delicious. Called Flav R Pac and we get the Northwest blend and the green peas.We also get Taylor farms frozen blueberries.We get my dds almond milk from there and organic coconut oil, Avocados if not on a really good sale someplace else.A lot depends on what kind of foods you would be shopping for.SAD diet or healthy or somewhere in between? If you go to the sams Club website you can put in the store and pretty much see what they carry for different departments
