I second (or third?) the avocado oil suggestion. It is a very mild-tasting oil. Costco sells a very large bottle for about $9. One bottle lasts me weeks and I use it about every day.

I made mayo for lunch today! Next time I will add more salt and maybe a bit of mustard. but it was good. And I need accomplished!

I was so excited, it is so much cheaper than what I have been buying and I don't have to weight for my mom. ( Costco also has tuna with out soy but I can o ly go with my mom because tuna and coconut oil are not enough to warrant a membership)

As a side note i read a claim on facebook that i have no jdea of its truth, but could help you if it is true. Apparently a member can buy a cosco gift card, thrn the recipient can use that card to purchase in store, even if they dont have their own membership.
