Tonight was Herbed Sweet 'n' Sour Chicken with steamed carrots and rice.

Day 1: A seven-bone steak (first HUNK OF BEEF in about a year!!!) braised all afternoon on the stove in homemade chicken/ham broth; rice; steamed broccoli and cauliflower.

Day 2: The broth, fat picked off, goes right back into the freezer. The remaining meat is used to make beef enchiladas.

Tonight I will get sonic!! The closest one is 4 hours away, I am helping a collage friend get home so I get to pick up dinner on the way home.

The children and dh will be getting something out locally.

Last night dd made a potato and chickpea curry, which probably has an Indian name, but that's what my recipe calls it. Dh and the other kids were not amused.

We're going to a friend's for supper and games tonight! She's making GF gumbo and coleslaw. The boys LOVE her coleslaw so they're going to be thrilled

Yesterday was chicken thighs, "gravy," rice, and green beans. Saturday was sauteed chicken breasts with canned sweet potatoes, green beans on the side.

Tonight is mom's night out

We're going to Olive Garden. I'll probably get a steak since they don't have many GF options...

Last night was tri-tip, roasted asparagus, and Coconut Oil Roasted Sweet Potatoes.

Still trying to figure out tonight. DH is on a diet and my parents are coming over for dinner.

Saturday was Cheesy Chicken & Potato Chowder. Sunday we had fellowship dinner at church. I brought lasagna, green beans, rolls and cookies.
