What are you having for Easter dinner?

I'm changing up my menu a little bit this year and doing roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, spinach strawberry salad with balsamic vinaigrette, and rolls.

We're having turkey breast, oven stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, and asparagus, with custard creams and tea for dessert.

I'm making Finnish Pulla and fruit for Easter lunch.

Roast lamb - which I bought today, and BOY has it ever gone up in price! I'm going to start the marinade/rub tomorrow morning.
Roast potatoes, sweet potatoes, broccoli, brussels sprouts.

I'm trying a new, low carb, sugar reduced lemon pie for dessert. It may bomb.
