I keep forgetting.

Tonight I made chili in the Instant Pot. I would attach a photograph but photobucket has been refusing to allow me to log in for quite a while now.

I really need to find a better photo hosting site.

We had our favorite pumpkin chili with roasted veggies and a salad on the side. I'm hoping to get back in a cooking mood now that the holidays are approaching. We really need to eat better!

We had homemade chicken noodle soup and biscuits -- i had tomato soup from a can because Im vegetarian. I do adore Campbells Tomato soup tho. <3

Last night I made butternut squash ravioli with a browned butter sage sauce. I also made these super yummy Autumn Roasted Veggies with Apples and Pecans. Even picky DS11 liked them (after picking out the red onions).

Tonight DH is picking up a pizza.
