I got one

I have been wanting once since last fall but it wasn't in the budget at Christmas. So excited, I think it's going to open some doors for summer cooking that doesn't make the house miserably hot. I do 90% of our cooking on the grill right now.

How often do they go on sale? I had never heard about it until someone posted about it in the Vitamix facebook group on Prime Day and then I struggled with deciding to purchase it amidst all of our current expenses (upcoming vacation, house renovating and summer camp stuff). I'm bummed even more seeing all the love from GCMers

Wow, that's a good deal!!

I seriously love mine and use it 2-3 times a week. I don't make special Instant Pot recipes but use it for broth, rice, oatmeal, quinoa, and when I need an extra burner for cooking. We make chili in it, start to finish, every Friday.

Btw, don't follow the directions for quinoa. Set it for ONE minute, perfect that way.

Wow! That is a great price! It is a 6 in 1, but truthfully, for that price I'd totally forego the yogurt maker (it is my least used function anyway).

I love love love my IP. Best kitchen device ever.

I am dairy free and haven't had much success making yogurt anyway

I have the one that doesn't have the yogurt function/button, but it's still easy to make the yogurt in it.

For this year's Thanksgiving, I used my IP to do the potatoes, sweet potatoes, and stuffing.
