Re: Anybody make NT bread in their bread machine? Chris?
(can I just say that it's kinda thrilling to see one's name in a subject line? *giggle*)
Except I'm afraid that I may not be helpful at all. :-( I just use whatever bread recipe I want to, and start and stop the machine as I need to. If I soak first, I just let that sit out on the counter. I also did not get the "bread in one hour" machine. Bread needs time, and I looked and looked for one that wouldn't make "fast" bread and had 2 paddles. Also, what kind of pan is it? Will it corrode if you let acidic stuff sit in it for a long time? If you think it will, just let the machine do the mixing and kneading, then take it out and let it sit for the extended times in a glass bowl or something. (see? told you . .. not much help. :-( ) |

Sonshine Mama does! She posted her recipe in the Cookbook forum. If I can't find a link for you I'll PM her and ask her to post here.
