Chicken tenders, broccoli cheddar rice, beets, leftover marinated Greek salad. Definitely a weird combo.

Roast chicken, grean beans sauteed with bacon, onions, & tomatoes, and a quinoa and black bean salad.
My dd's friend is spending the night and she eats like a bird. She had two helpings! Made my day.

Re: June Dinners. What are you cooking?
With the summer heat I'm trying to avoid cooking in the oven... But I have some gluten free pizza crusts I was thinking of using.... Has anyone ever tried to make pizza on the grill? I vaguely remember hearing about it in the past....

Re: June Dinners. What are you cooking?
My family has done pizza on the grill.
If you have a pizza stone or steel you can pop that on the grill. Or if you gf crust will hold together you can put that striaght on the grill. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

Re: June Dinners. What are you cooking?
We did pesto chicken French bread pizzas on the grill last night. Put foil under them and put them on the rack instead of the grill surface. Had a simple side salad to go with them. It’s not everyday that a new recipe gets winning votes from the men who live here but I was told “We can definitely do this again.”
Since the bread was basically already baked that probably makes it a little different than from raw dough |

Re: June Dinners. What are you cooking?
We do pizza on the grill every summer, and always use bread flour because it makes a sturdier crust. I've never done GF pizza on the grill, however.
Birthday Dinner for Prima was tonight. She asked for homemade falafel and pavlovas. (She has a thing for time-consuming eats!)
