Re: December Dinners
We have a potluck at church tonight so I'm bringing a double batch of The Barefoot Contessa's Weeknight Bolognese. I originally got the recipe from someone posting it here and it's become a family favorite. The smell of it cooking is making me drool .

Cloud eggs toast and sausage.
The girls saw a video for the cloud eggs and we're all excited but decided that the foamie texture was odd and didn't eat it Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Re: December Dinners
We leave for a two week vacation on Wednesday so I'm cleaning out the fridge of all the fresh stuff and filling in with heat and eat from the freezer. Tonight was steamed broccoli, garlic oven fries, and frozen chicken tenders.

Re: December Dinners
Tonight we had Baked gnocchi with bacon, tomato and mozzarella. DH and I loved it...total comfort food. Kids liked it....I think they are thrown off by chunks of tomatoes. I also made the quick zucchini sauté that a couple of people posted here (Charla I think made it first??). SOOO yummy (and I usually love anything from Smitten Kitchen)! DH really loved it. I guess it must be the toasted almonds that make the flavor so good but it's just funny how something with so few ingredients can be so yummy. Definitely a keeper! Love finding recipes from you gals !

Re: December Dinners
Dh defrosted a HUGE package of sirloin tips for tonight. I have no idea what I'm going to do with them, though.
