Re: October's Dinners
I believe a lot of it has to do with planning, which you seem to do really well.

Re: October's Dinners
It was wonderful!
It seriously is one of my favorite dishes to make ever. This is the one I use http://www. simplyrecipes.com/recipes/fesenjan_persian_chicken_stew_with_walnut_and_pome granate_sauce/ I double the spices and pomigranit molasses and put in half the surgar My girls decided that this is there second favorite food after apple crisp, and just above dried cranberries. Re: October's Dinners
We had Blackened Fish Tacos from the new THM cookbook for dinner.
DH said he'd eat it again, and he doesn't like fish tacos. So far, so good with this cookbook. The fam has liked just about everything that doesn't have stevia or some other exotic ingredient in it.

Re: October's Dinners
I'm making stuffed cabbage casserole. Instead of rolling & stuffing the cabbage leaves, you layer it. shredded cabbage, cooked ground beef & onions, sauce w/rice & salt. Then add some beef broth & bake for 1h15m.
Hope it turns out as yummy as it sounds to me.

I have Deconstructed Cabbage Rolls on my list this week!
Tonight was crustless quiche with broccoli and tomato. Good, easy, and pretty. That's fuzzy. . Just when I thought I had postimage figured out!
