We are doing Paleo kind of. We follow the emeals Paleo plan because it goes the best with gf/df diet. We supplement some, but not a lot.

pork, pinto beans, kidney beans, peanuts, green beans, chicken, & egg yolks. Not dairy, which was a huge relief! I never, ever would've figured out green beans or chicken if it hadn't been for the test. |

IgG is never covered by insurance. IIRC it was $250. But ours included IgE and inhalants. There are cheaper ones.

You might have just inspired my dinner for tonight! For the pot pies, did you end up using the crust as written or did you try the alternate biscuit crust?

I did the one that was written. I might try the alternate next time.
I did find though for the zuchinni spirals, do not do them 30 minutes with the oven on. LOL Mine started burning!! SO... I took those out, and made some carrot spirals and threw those in the sauce. We'll see how the kids like that today... |

Can I just say this cinnamon fermented cod liver oil is amazing? I thought it'd be weird and still taste like fish, but it seriously takes restraint not to chug the whole bottle every morning. It's like those valentine's cinnamon hearts candies. I should have started taking this ages ago. I was always so nervous about spending the money only to throw it out if I couldn't get it down. Psh.

Chocolate FCLO is a crime against all that is good and right. It is vile.

I tried quinoa in our spaghetti instead of rice or GF pasta. It was sooo good! The nuttiness really complemented the parmesan
