Re: May 2020 Dinners
Made a goulash in my IP. Browned a lb of ground turkey, deglazed the pot, added bag of frozen corn, bag of frozen peas, 2 bags riced cauliflower, and a can of diced tomatoes. Turned out pretty decent, although I should have added some onion powder and garlic powder while I was browning the meat.

Re: May 2020 Dinners
I made a spaghetti casserole Friday that had rigatoni noodles, meat sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and crescent roll dough. It was so good!
Last night was smoked sausage with homemade pinto beans and corn on the cob. Tonight we had leftovers. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk

Re: May 2020 Dinners
We’re having leftovers tonight and tomorrow I’m planning to try another new recipe - shakshuka. I’d never even heard of it until I saw the recipe so I hope it’s nice!

Re: May 2020 Dinners
Grilled flank steak, sweet potato oven fries, veggie TBD.
Secunda asked for chicken nuggets, so I pulled chicken breasts out of the freezer to thaw for tomorrow. I probably should pick up some panko tomorrow.....

Dh loved my cabbage flats. I stopped making them maybe bc ds didn't like them and dd is a vegetarian (and has been for 6 years). And a lot of meat dishes I still make are things that I can make 1 version meat and one vegetarian (lasagna, curry, quiche, etc). Maybe Ill make cabbage flats for Father's Day this year. Today is Curry. Then Calzones (or maybe Strombolis? Not sure the difference.), then Asian salad, egg rolls (frozen kind), edamame, then soup, then green enchiladas (keep trying to find a great recipe, trying another one). Thats my whole week.

We are definitely making Calzones then. A stuffed pizza. No ricotta - just pizza sauce, mozzarella, a little parmesan, then the pizza toppings of choice inside (pepperoni, spinach, onions, pineapple, mushrooms, olives are the choices but not everyone uses all the choices.)
