Love this idea!
I followed the link to the ones in liners, and those look really, really good!! Brownie bottom w/ coffee ice cream and chocolate ganache and whipped cream. As soon as I can eat dairy again, I am making those!

Ymmm...the cupcakes look delicious. Soon I was distracted into other recipes. The orange sugar on a Dutch Baby is something I will definately try. I bookmarked her blog!
