Re: What are you eating in November?
Last night was TACOS.
Tonight is soup - either butternut squash or chicken noodles. Ill double the recipe of both and freeze the extra for easy meals when things get busy again. Tomorrow night is TACO Baked potatoes with all the leftover taco ing. plus asparagus, grilled. Ill then use the left over baked potatoes to make mashed potatoes for easy snacking during the week.

Re: What are you eating in November?
We had turkey Pot Pie on Sunday and that was the last of the turkey meat.
We take a turkey over to cousins for thanksgiving every year and came home with more carcasses than meat this year, so my Dh has been on a stock-making binge. Our deep freeze is full of liquid gold! I'll wait until January to make beef stock. Last night we had tacos, not sure what's on the menu for tonight. I need to go grocery shopping. Everything I want to cook (or eat) this week, my kids just won't touch. I made them scones for breakfast, but I don't think I can stretch their goodwill through dinner.
