vegetarians: check out this product
I just returned from camping for 7 days and I couldn't wait to tell y'all about this product I found.
http://tastybite.com/products/ They sell the lentils at Costco so maybe I'm the last in the world to know about it but it's heat & serve vegetarian food that has no bad ingredients! I've only tried a handful of the Indian foods & we loved each one (kids included.) These were a lifesaver for packing dinner at breakfast time. I'd heat the food & put into Thermoses to keep hot. I'd use another Thermos to cook brown rice all day long. At dinnertime, we had healthful Indian food & rice.  I highly recommend these things.

We tried then tandoori rice recently and the kids liked it.

They have the Chickpea one at Costco too, and it's vegan
 Some of them have butter or cream.
