Quick-kid friendly way to use sprouted mung beans?
My Dad bought my 4 yo ds a sprout screen and helped him to start some mung beans sprouting. Well, they are ready but they aren't great plain. Any other way I can use them? My ds is not picky at all! TIA!

on a sandwich, in a salad... thats what I'd do
just had a thought- raw spaghetti... I think I'll try that tonight. (you could still cook your sauce if you wanted) just noticed your post was from Oct!

We put sprouts in Nori Rolls. My oldest is pretty picky but he loves Nori rolls.

I was thinking wraps, stir-fry, casseroles...
and you can even throw them into a smoothie as long as there are other strong flavors to mask it. |

Thanks. We only used a few in a stir-fry and in a salad.
What are Nori rolls?

Nori Rolls are like sushi without the meat. We fill them with different stuff. Cucumber, baked tofu, carrots, sprouts, red pepper, just about anything I can scrounge up.
