It's hot. I grilled some Italian chicken sausages, and we had Mediterranean salad bar night. About half the produce was from the garden. Yum!

When my mom came to visit at the end of February she brought brisket from Texas in her carry on, it was so wonderful!

Tonight we are having slow cooked butter chicken. I love being able to take 10 mins prep time in the morning then turning the slow cooker on for 8 hours and walking away My house smells really nice too!

Tonight is make your own stromboli.

Im trying to make a menu for next week. I need more super easy vegetarian or dishes that can be 1 vegetarian or 1 meat. I have a rotating menu but I feel Ive done it over and over plus some are easier than others. And I don't want to do soup yet bc its still summer but maybe I should.

Last night was baked potatoes.
Tonight is lasagna. I make two when I make then and forgot to buy cottage cheese so dh said he would get one for me. And he did but I need the large and said large but he saw the medium and though it was large and the large was extra large and its a little skimpy on cottage cheese. In the oven so we will see how it tastes.
