Re: July 2020 Dinners
Tonight is creamy curried sausage pasta bake. Everyone loves it and I need to have more meat as my iron and iron stores keep dropping. So thins is a nice, easy favourite.
Tomorrow night is DS #1's birthday (how did he get to 22 ) and he has requested Double cream chicken with rice.

The Birthday Girl asked for homemade Pizza. (But I forgot to get the dough together for the crust until just now. I hope it's risen enough to use soon!)

I"m trying my very best to add veggies to our dinners. My goal is 4 out of 7 of my dinners per week to be veggie heavy. I have a garden, but to say I grow my own veggies is a little harder to answer. I have beautiful plants. Will they produce veggies? I guess time will tell. I always aspire to grow them, but most of the time, I'm pretty disappointed in the harvest. I just started getting the imperfect foods box and I think I like it. I have to use the veggies pretty quickly and I've had some problems getting what I ordered, but I'm giving them another chance this week to see if I'll continue with it or not.

Re: July 2020 Dinners
Stir fry again. Ds mentioned that I did the baby corn one time and wondered if next time I could. Rather than try to remember, I just put stir fry back on this list. Its an easy vegetarian dish everyone loves.

Re: July 2020 Dinners
Speaking of easy vegetarian dishes everyone loves . . . pesto pasta with squash and zucchini. Ds said Whats for Dinner and when I told him, he said - you must love me.
