so my windows won't come clean- professional cleaning?

They have some hard water deposits on the outside plus they are just very hard to clean without streaking. So I was looking at this: http://www.zerorez.com/services/shower-enclosure and wondering if I should have them or someone else clean my windows. I don't want to spend the money if it's only going to look nice for a little while, but if it really makes them clean more easily in the future it would be worth it to me (depending on how much it costs). So does anyone have any experience with this?

I live in a soft-water area so I'm not helpful for that.

Just...any chance some of the "not clean" is on the inside of double-panes? Because if it is, professional cleaning won't help that either, I would think.

It's on the outside. So it should come off somehow.

Lime scale bathroom cleaner helps, had that with one of our windows.

I used to be able to get it off glass shower door if sprayed ahead with white vinegar>it may be worth it to have a window cleaner come and really get them clean and then be easier to maintain.
