ummmmmm... well.... I've been doing that and we're not planning any more. I'm afraid to give anything away or sell anything else for fear there'd be a big fat positive that is completely unexpected and I'd have absolutely nothing.

Yes, this! I may sell off some diapers, but they are the ones I don't love anyway. I'll keep the rest until it becomes more certain that are no surprises. I'm still up in the air about baby clothes. I'll probably wait until the youngest is closer to three unless I absolutely don't love it. He doesn't have much anyways, since he grew so fast.

I kept everything for number two. Now as she outgrows I am thinking I will still keep enough for a number three in case we decide to have one even though it may be years out. I am going to purge down to more basics. My x-smalls are going because like you they got used 1 week and it just isn't worth the tub to keep them in. Everything else I will keep...other than the x-smaller are just so cute! ....so, my resolve is weakening,

If you're planning on more kids ever, I would keep them unless you are moving overseas. And in that case I would see if you have a family member who would store them.

Definitely keep them if you have space!
We generally use square nappies/muslins in the first few weeks then MothereaseOS/totsbots with varying sized wraps and a lot of them have been used by all 6 of ours and still going strong
