Seasonal allergies
I've had seasonal allergies since I was about 15. Some places I've lived, they've been mild, while in others they are severe enough for me to take medication.
But, where I live now, the only medication readily available is essentially Benedryl, which I absolutely hate taking. I really dislike the drugged feeling and it takes a long time to wear off. I have taken local honey in the past, but that only works for me if they're mild. We've kind of moved past that point here. And saline nasal spray also is helpful, but doesn't help with crazy itching. My eyes and ears and throat are so itchy it's hard to sleep. Any ideas?

Can you get things shipped? Are herbs available easily?

Re: Seasonal allergies
Well, shipped commercially, no. But if it were small and really worth it I could try to get someone to bring it over or ask my MIL to send it with our next batch of mail.
What do you have in mind?

Re: Seasonal allergies
Maybe Claritin or Zyrtec would be worth trying to get. Idk what herbs are available there but quercetin is one that many find helpful. Also nettles.
