fish oil or probiotics?
I want to add one more thing to my Vitacost order, fish oil or probiotics? Do you have a preference one being better to add to multivitamins or doesn't really matter?
We've taken fish oil before.

Re: fish oil or probiotics?
Oh, that's a hard one for me to choose since they are both part of our routine. We do a multi, fish oil, probio, and d3 in winter.
I guess my answer depends on if you eat a lot of fermented foods or if you ever eat any fish. If yes to one, then I'd choose the other supplement.

Re: fish oil or probiotics?
Yeah, that's a tough one. If you have gut issues like diarrhea or symptoms of systemic yeast (candida) go with the probiotics. Otherwise I'd go with fish oil. I take fish oil more consistently than I do probiotics so I lean towards that. I like what November said too. Also maybe consider your yogurt consumption too.

Re: fish oil or probiotics?
I don't eat any fermented foods. And I like fish but don't eat that much of it.
My girls and I eat yogurt, sometimes daily, sometimes weekly. I think I'll do the fish oil this time then.
