Good children's multinational vitamin that isn't gummy based?
Dd3 is 4 next week and she has hit a super picky stage the last 2months.
She will eat broccoli, kale, and pumpkin based foods (pancakes, cookies), and a handful of other things, but that's it as far as greens and veggies go. She doesn't like smoothies, and she won't take a multivitamin. Dd1 and Dd2 takes Smarty Pants, plus elderberry syrup. Dd3 will take nothing. She doesn't like gummy sweet things Does anyone have a recommendation? It needs to be a whole foods, dye, wheat, dairy, corn, and soy free option. I just need some thing to boost her immune system to get through the winter. We really only "do" vitamins October-april when we aren't getting as much fresh air and sunshine and garden veggies. Any ideas?

The Garden of Life chewable is good but expensive. Bonus because it has probiotics and D3.
Rainbow light star chewables are also good but one of mine doesn't like the fruit punch flavor. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I've been told the Animal Parade one is corn free. My DH does not react to it.

Good children's multinational vitamin that isn't gummy based?
Juice Plus - hands down!
So much research. We love the brand. They do have a gummy variety but the capsules are easily opened to add to yogurt or something similar if they can't swallow a capsule or the gummy is not desired Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

We use "methylated multi" from Methyl-Life.
I don't know if it meets all of your requirements but it's not a gummy. It's really good for MTHFR. |

Re: Good children's multinational vitamin that isn't gummy based?
I actually love garden of life prenatal. I just open the capsule and sprinkle a bit in a drink, usually milk. Then close the capsule and use it over three or even four days.
I know it is corn and gluten free
