chelsea Rose Garden Join Date: Mar 2005 Posts: 7,373	Cloudy Urine and Diarrhea in 3YO? My little guy (3 years old) threw up 3 times Saturday evening. He has had diarrhea since then (it is now Wednesday) and sometimes says he has to puke but hasn't actually done it since Saturday/Sunday middle of night. His appetite is smaller but he's been drinking a fair bit as always. Last night he peed in his toddler potty before bed and after he nursed to sleep I emptied it out and noticed it was cloudy. It also smelled like Vitamin C, instead of, well, pee. This morning I paid special attention when he peed and it was clear. But tonight he went to the bathroom, nursed to sleep, and when I went to empty his potty, again cloudy urine that smells like Vitamin C (citrusy). Last night I wondered if he had dropped a Vitamin in the potty which had made it go cloudy and smell. But two days in a row? Then tonight I wondered if a tiny bit of diarrhea fell into the potty to make it cloudy. But then it would smell awful, right? Can anyone solve this mystery? I'm thinking of taking him to see the doctor tomorrow, but not sure what to do in the meantime. __________________ "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb.
