Cat scratch disease
I think my son has cat scratch disease. I took him to the dr. because he had a swollen lymph node under his arm pit. She did a blood test and we are waiting for the results. She gave me a prescription for Zithromax, which I really don't want to give him because after I researched it, I found there is a possible pending FDA warning on it for liver failure. Plus I read on several sites that it usually will go away on its own in about 3 weeks. Does anyone know any herbal/natural remedies? I have been giving him lots of vitamin C and echinechia. It seems to have become more tender in the last few days. Any experience with this?

Re: Cat scratch disease
hope your dc feels better soon, other than the vit c, and echinacea, the only thing i would maybe add is gse and some probiotics.
dh had a softball sized swelling under his arm just over a year ago, that the dr thought was catscratch fever.... |
