so exhausted all the time

I don't know what it is. Last week I came down with a cold, but it ended really quick. Now I feel run down all the time. I'm on bc pills for ovarian cysts, I'm on 50 mg zoloft. I take natural vitamins. I've been suffering a bit from insomnia, but I take 1 benadryl a night and it helps me sleep til around 4 or 4:30. I go to bed early, around 8 or 9 so I think I'm getting enough sleep. But I'm so stressed out with our financial situation.

Could it be a combo of all those meds? Any natural solutions? Coffee doesn't seem to be helping. And I need to homeschool my kids and get ready for Christmas, work on those homemade ornaments, etc.

Help?

It's very difficult to get exercise with the pain of my ovarian cysts. Exercising makes it worse. I'm on a new bc pill, just got onto my 2nd month with it, so hopefully it'll start kicking in.

I just starting taking a B-Complex and I'm really surprised at how different I feel. This is what I do...

When I'm up with the baby (toddler, actually) around 5-5:30 am I take one.
At breakfast I take one.
At lunch I take one.

None after 2pm.

I have been sleeping better and feeling more energetic. I also take a product called Gentle Sleep Complex when I'm feeling especially stressed or unable to sleep. It helps me enter into a good sleep without making me groggy. It smells like a foot (valerian), but it works very nicely.

Also, exercise is good. Even if you just walk for ten minutes at a gentle pace. Anything you can do.
