WOW! That looks awesome! I am going to try it for sure!

I am going to wait a bit though, because I am tired of eating medjool dates, avacado, and raw carob powder right now.

(I made two recipes of similar "raw chocolate pudding" and although it was tasty at first, it was a bit much to be eating 3 days in a row.)

no, but I'm still planning to.

I have to admit, I am really scared to try avocado in a dessert. I'm so used to eating it as guacamole or sushi, I just can't wrap my mind around it being used in sweet stuff.

I don't think you can taste the avocado! That's what I hear at least. I so wish I had a food processor! I just don't think my blender can handle the nuts and dates. And I don't want to burn out this one too! I just got it!

You can't taste the avocado in the frosting. In fact, I think it's tastes almost like the real thing!

I don't have any avocadoes, but I just made the cake part of this recipe. I have raw vegan chocolate chips and I added those and some coconut and ate the batter straight out of the bowl!

It was SOOOO good. You know what it tasted EXACTLY like? Warm brownies straight from the oven. The mixer made the batter a little warm. It was perfect! Just what I have been needing to satisfy my sweet tooth on this raw diet.
