ok, so I made this again with the icing this time. I have to say I am NOT a fan of avocado icing.

It just wasn't my thing. I'll stick to coconut oil icing. :um But the rest of the cake is delish and I am sneaking bites of it throughout the day.

Oh, and I put the rest of the icing in a little dish for my son and told him it was pudding. He took one bite and said "Mommy, you don't make *pudding* with *avocados*." and refused to eat any more.

LOL--can you post the coconut oil frosting recipe?

I used to make one with coconut oil, raw cacao powder and agave nectar. How do you make yours?

I'm gonna make this cake this week. Methinks it's PMS week. Must. have. chocolate...
