migraine, cayenne isnt working. natural suggestions please?
This one is a real dinger, and it will not go away. Studying is making matters worse. I have a final on Thursday, and I have to read. Does anyone have an natural suggestions for getting rid of a migraine with eye pain?

cal/mag? , chromium, Chamomile, feverfew, ginger/peppermint tea, skullcap, white willow bark.... those are the herbs that my book mentions

Get in a bath as HOT as you can stand. Put a bag of frozen peas or an ice pack on your head. It will draw the circulation down into your body from your brain and should help the pain.
