My front teeth HURT!

It started about an hour ago and it is NOT going away....
My teeth hurt, it is not the gums... just the teeth part and they feel VERY sensitive.

What does it mean????
Does it mean I need some supplements? Because I have not taken any since the birth (2 months) because I am allergic to Vit C and I usually do fine without Postpartum.
I do feel VERY tired, sore, and like my brain is leaking out (

) as well as my vision being blurry.

I guess I need supplements but what and could it be related to the teeth??????

I don't know anything about teeth but couldn't read without giving
