I need some advice, ladies

I really need to focus on getting healthy, but I have no clue where to start/ what to take.

Here's the scoop... My immune system is nonexistant. I've always gotten sick easily, but it's been loads worse lately. I've had at least 4 big illnesses that last for at least a week each in the past 3 months. I have severe allergies, asthma, and anemia.

I go to the chiro 1-2x a week, take a prenatal vitamin, and whole food supplement for allergies. When my sinuses act up I take antronex to help.

I'm still nursing my 9mo (who has been getting sick, too), eat mostly organic, local and homemade foods, use all natural cleaners and products and essential oils.

DH, however, doesn't even get the sniffles. What am I doing wrong and how do I get better? I'm getting kinda sick of being sick.

IMO, the root of your issues is allergies and that's where you need to start. Asthma & anemia are tied to allergies, too. Your immune system is so busy fighting allergies, there's not enough left to fight off sickies.

If it were me, I'd cut down on the chiro visits & use that money for NAET (or BioAllergenix) to eliminate the allergies.

I'd be willing to bet you're allergic to many of the vitamins/minerals in the prenatal. You're probably also allergic to iron, since you're deficient. When a person is allergic to a vit/mineral, it means their body is not able to assimilate it properly so the person will probably always be deficient . . . not to mention the body's immune response each time it's exposed to the allergen.
