Really you can use a regular recipe and just use that egg replacer. Also, I've used cornstarch as my egg replacer for things before. 2Tbs = 1 egg. You'll need to up your liquid slightly if you go that route though.

I do have vegan egg replacer on hand. Thanks didn't know that about the cornstarch.

Thank You I will get it tommorow just checking in really fast. Yes I am looking for the holidays we made it past Thanksgiving with Pumpkin Bread and really she loves Pumpkin and I am willing to try new things to let her have the Pumpkin experiance egg free.

The egg replacer will work perfect. I had to make my pie egg AND dairy free so I used egg replacer and cornstarch. My husband, who has no allergies, ate almost half the pie in one sitting. It is SO good!

Pumkpin Kamut Carob Cake (you can use regular flour in place of the kamut, and cocoa powder in place of the carob if you don't have them... and honey in place of agave... )
