Sinus Breath

Dd2 smells like she's fighting a sinus infection.

She has been eating a lot of garlic hummus and WHOOEE her breath! Both girls are battling a cold, dd2 doesn't really have a drippy nose/scratchy voice like dd1: but I think she's a day behind in the cold. Both have low grade fevers (very low)

They can get that sinus infection smell with a cold too right?

And if it IS her sinus' starting to get infected what can I do to help? We REALLY prefer not to use antibiotics.

I've gotten rid of a sinus infection before by putting ONE drop of tea tree oil in a neti pot. One drop ONLY and in 2 cups of solution is better. In one cup it's pretty strong but doable.
