Nightmares from cal/mag supplement
Now what?
Since I started taking cal/mag, I've had this two hour period before falling deeply to sleep and having nightmares, then again in the morning for the last hour or so before getting up. I have googled and seen this is not uncommon. Should I just stop taking it? I was hoping for a more restful sleep.

Re: Nightmares from cal/mag supplement
Yikes, that is weird. I started giving my girls cal/mag because it got rid of their nightmares. Never heard of it causing them.
Are you taking it specifically to help you sleep? Or for other issues?

Re: Nightmares from cal/mag supplement
Caused nightmares for me too. I don't know why. Even if I took it in the daytime...instant nightmares. Weirdness.
When I *have* to sleep , I use Benadryl. Not exactly 'natural' , okay , not 'natural' in any way. But it works. |

Re: Nightmares from cal/mag supplement
Cal/mag had an...interesting correlation to some...interesting mental health issues on my part as well . Just calcium alone might be better .
