As its now winter here in Australia, I have just made 2 large batches of soup so we can have them for lunches and for quick, easy and nutritious dinners if needed.

Garlic chicken thighs, veggie rice, and leftover bread. I also made chickpea blondies for the first time in quite a while. They were very good.

We did burgers tonight. We're still eating through the freezer meals I made from DH's surgery, so the repeats are starting tomorrow! Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta in the slow cooker.
