Tapatalk not working

It goes back and forth between working and between just showing black when I click on it.

Also it won’t let me add pics to post even when it does work. I can use the camera within it but can’t add pics from my gallery.

Anyone also having trouble or know why I might be having trouble? It is both phone (iphone) and iPad.

Have you tried turning your phone all the way off and back on, so that you see the Apple logo?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Tapatalk?

Yes, I have tried this and it does work to turn my phone on and off (thanks for reminding me- I forgot this morning) but I feel like I have to do that too often to get it to work and maybe there is something wrong with it if I have to do that so often.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling on my phone but now I can’t login so I don’t want to do that on my ipad or I might not get in at all.
