SUPER EASY, SUPER HEALTHY snacks foods to have on hand
So we always have cold veggies - often pre-chopped (carrots, cucumber, bell pepper and celery). We always have hummus. And variety of fruit. A bowl of hard boiled eggs.
RECENTLY - like months ago, I discovered you can take a can of chickpeas and drizzle some oil and different flavor and roast it and its so good on top of salads or just by itself as a snack. I like to do the mix spices I have on hand for chicken and add a little chili pepper in for spice. So so easy because its canned and quick and can be baking while I do other things. I was eating them and thinking I wish I had MORE snacks like this. And when I saw healthy I am specifically thinking of low or no WW points FOR ME. My kids have plenty of other healthy snacking food. I also really like apples with PB but the PB is a lot of points. |

Pb is a lot of points but pb fit is not. You can mix pb fit or pb2 with water or milk or plant based milk. You can also add unsweetened cocoa powder and/or lakota monkfruit extract, which is very sweet and calorie free. It’s about $12 for a small bottle but the bottle lasts forever and it doesn’t have any gross artificial stuff in it. Then you can dip an apple or a banana in it or make it thinner and drizzle it over fruit. Fills you up for low points.
Peas are a nice snack. Just microwave some frozen peas and put a little salt on them. Popcorn is very low in points. |

Applesauce.
I keep larabars at work. Not low points, but filling and clean. |
