My kids will now clean

Last night James and I were talking about Atlantis Morrissette and I suddenly remembered You Outta Know. I now walk around the apartment singing I'm here to remind you of the mess you left in blank room. It's not fair to the others who live here. You, you outta know! This place hasn't ever been so clean. :giggle

Ivy does the same thing. I'm not a bad singer, but she's way too cool for her dorky mom. James doesn't seem to like it either. But if you want me to stop, then stop leaving a trail of everything you touch in your wake.

My kids have told me so many times that I'm the strangest mom ever because I randomly burst in to song. :lol They are so CONFIDENT that no other mom in the world does weird stuff like that. ;) :lol:lol:lol

I'm sure all their friends think the same of their own weird moms behind closed doors. :cool

For when my kids and husband are looking for stuff, I do "Julia says" by Wet Wet Wet

"[Person's name] says [s]he doesn't know where her [item] is / [S]he doesn't seem to care at all / Open your eyes and see!" followed by numerous "open you eyes, open your eyes"
