lemon and herb cod, rice, grilled squash & zucch.
I also made a dozen hard boiled eggs for quick snacks/meals during the week with soccer and vault practice and want to start doing a evening bike ride Wed night for me. I also made a bunch of falafal balls for snack/meals/salad toppers. I had leftovers of those from last week and they were awesome on salads - which we have every day for lunch. I made extra rice too that peeps can put sausage or beans on.
