The coconut curry was surprisingly good! Three of my four kids ate it.
(Littlest doesn't eat anything. Unless it's ice cream. Or mashed potatoes.

I subbed frozen cauliflower for the broccoli, because I just can't stand overcooked broccoli, which I was sure was going to happen in a crock pot for that long. And I also added a little (1t) of curry powder. Dh added hot chiles (I think they were Thai chiles from the garden) to his bowl. We're out of sriracha, which I would have used. Next time!
