Not that I'm aware of. If there are, I imagine it would be pretty hard to find a doctor that will do them.
Some things to try--
chiropractic adjustment
Block nursing-- mom nurses exclusively on one side for a 4 hour block, then switches sides. This is uncomfortable at first but it can correct the foremilk/hindmilk imbalance that ECingMama posted about.
Lactation consultant. Bad latch doesn't always hurt and latch could be contributing to foremilk/hindmilk imbalance.
I'd also check for tongue tie.
I'd see if mom can get tested for food sensitivities.
At a minimum, I'd encourage mom to go completely dairy free for 30 days. Wheat free would be second but if she can do both, that might help.
She could try a probiotic for babies, like this one
