Louisiana Hot Sauce. I wanted a salad recipe that closely resembled Chili's Buffalo Chicken salad. Since I'm gluten free and egg free, I just don't crispy coat my chicken before baking like they do before frying. It feels like too much work to do it gluten free and egg free and then coating tends to want to fall off as I cut it in bite sized pieces. And I find I don't miss the crunch because the crispy tortilla strips provide some crunch. But if you don't have the restrictions like I do and want to mess with it, crispy coated chicken is awesome in this recipe.
